We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. This gives you time to ensure your purchase is exactly what you envisioned for your space.
Return Requirements:

Original packaging is required for all returns to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

2. Return Costs & Refunds

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns made without a valid reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse, changed mind) within the 30-day window.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and it passes our damage inspection, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
3. Warranty Policy
Your purchase is protected by our limited warranty. All products include a 3-month warranty beginning from the date of delivery.
What is Covered: In the event of manufacturing defects, the buyer is entitled to request:

What is NOT Covered: The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from the following:
