Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Wego Mall. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your furniture arrives safely and promptly.

1. Shipping Coverage & Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Please note that we currently only ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Once your order is successfully placed, our team will coordinate with our regional fulfillment centers to prepare your shipment. The processing time depends on the warehouse location of your specific items:

  • Regional Warehouse (AT): Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Regional Warehouses (CA / NJ / TX): Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time (typically 3–10 business days in total).

While we strive to meet these timelines, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons). We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier's website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight carriers).

5. Delivery of Large Items

For large furniture items, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@heywegomall.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/product.
